1 teaspoon pepper

-

Dumplings:

1 ½ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons butter

¾ cups milk

In a medium bowl mix together your flour, baking powder, salt, butter and milk. You can use a fork until the batter starts to get sticky then use your hands or continue with a fork. Once the batter is combined, take a small spoon or a small ice cream scoop and spoon up some of the batter and plop into your pot with your chicken and broth in it. If your batter is sticking to the spoon or ice cream spoon just dip it into the broth in the pot. Once all of the batter is scooped into the pot, put the lid on the pot and let them cool for 15 minutes or until they have doubled in size and are big and fluffy. Once everything is done cooking you can eat!

(I usually make mashed potatoes with it)
